[GRAAP-WG] Last call for WS-Agreement Negotiation

Dear GRAAPians,

finally the last version of the specification for a multi-round
negotiation protocol has made its way to the GRAAP gridforge
space. It can be downloaded here [1].

This is the last call for comments/modifications before the document
will be submitted to the editor for entering the public comment
period.

Please send your comments/modifications by next Friday, August 14.
