[GRAAP-WG] Comparison between the WS-Agreement implementations

Hi Igor,

i think that the characteristics you capture in your document complement
the very detailed comparison we did in GRAAP. I am currently compiling
the WS-Agreement experience document and once this is in a better shape
I guess we can exchange info between GRAAP and gridipedia.
