[GRAAP-WG] Final version of the experience document and last call

Dear GRAAPians,

the last editing is now finished and the experience document
is ready to be submitted to the OGF editor to enter the public
comment period. The last version can be found in the GRAAP
gridforge space:

Before submission the working group has one week time to
send last comments to be considered before submission to
the OGF editor.
