[GRAAP-WG] Interop. document

Dear All,

please find a draft structure of the "Interoperability Testing for the 
Web Services Agreement Specification" document at 
https://forge.gridforum.org/sf/go/doc14891?nav=1. I looked at a number 
of interop. documents at GridForge and recommend to have a look at the 
Byte-IO (https://forge.gridforum.org/sf/go/doc13702?nav=1) and the DAIS 
(http://www.ogf.org/documents/GFD.77.pdf) ones to get an idea how this 
may look like.

Please modify this heaviliy and just replace the existing document. 
Please do not put a separate document for every new version on GridForge.
