[GRAAP-WG] minutes from Apr. 11 telecon

The minutes from today's meeting are attached.  We will have our next 
telecon at the usually scheduled time on Apr. 25 in two weeks.  Because 
WS-Agreement has been submitted, we will use the upcoming calls to work 
on the profile for interoperability.  We'd like broader participation in 
the calls based on this topic.
