[GRAAP-WG] AgreementServiceReference

To be more exact, I am wondering how this AgreementServiceReference is 
related with the ServiceReference element of ServiceDescriptionTerm.
If they are the same, then why is this information duplicated? And if 
they are different, in which aspect?
