[GRAAP-WG] WS-Agreement on top of WS-Notification

Hi,

I noticed that WS-Notification is missing in the current specification:
1. notification of agreement acceptance is currently via custom port type.
2. the agreement status port does not extend the WS-Notification port type.

Are there any specific reasons?
