[glue-wg] list of authors in glue2.1 draft

dear all,

we would need to update the list of authors and the related information in
the draft.
I cannot verify the correctness of the information about all the people
that worked to the previous versions of the document: could you please have
a look at it (first page, and then chapter 12) and update the information
that you know are old?

who should be marked as "editor" and "co-chair"?
