[glue-wg] New 'org.irods.irods4' service type request

Hi David,

I have updated our redmine wiki page[1] and also provided the instructions below on proposing/adding new enumerations to the glue-enumeration-csv documents on our github repository.

1 Fork the GLUE 2.0 Enumerations repository from https://github.com/OGF-GLUE/Enumerations.git
2 Update your changes in the csv document(s)
3 Register a "Pull Request"

New service type enum request for: 'org.irods.irods4’.  Note, we already have a 'org.irods.irods3’ but it appears v3 of irods is not backward compatible with v4 hence the new SE request.  I’ve added this to GOCDB as this is required by EGI. Can this be considered/added to the ‘ServiceType_t.csv’ and ‘ServiceType_t-draft.csv’ in Github?
