[glue-wg] Announcement: New GLUE2 Enumerations procedures and best practices document

Congrats GLUE-ers :)

Do you intent to publish the document as 'Best Practice', in the sense
of OGF document pipeline?  Seems like and easy and useful think to do
(to me)...
