Dear GLUErs,
attached my proposed slides for OGF41 to discuss about advantages and 
disadvantages of the two Cloud approaches and our proposed plan to 
support them.

I just did a quick transposition of the mails and discussion into the 
slides. Comments on them are more then welcome, especially from Warren & 
XSEDE.
