[glue-wg] telecons for Feb 15 - updates

due to new constraints for me and Felix, we have to change the schedule 
for the telecons scheduled for tomorrow, Feb 15, as follows:

Storage: 14-15 PM CET
Computing: 15:30-16:30 PM CET
