[glue-wg] anticipating next telecon to 31 Oct

Dear all,

given our plans, we should have a telecon this Thursday. In many 
countries, 1 Nov is holiday, therefore I propose to anticipate it for 
one day.

Please, let me know if you can make it 31 Oct (10 AM Chicago, 3 PM 
London, 4 PM Rome):
