For the description, I would suggest:

"A user wants to discover which myproxy servers he/she can use in order
to retrieve/renew his/her proxy using a given Resource Broker"

The point is that usually you want to find a service where you are
authorised, but in this case you want a service where another service
(the RB) is authorised.
