[glue-wg] Service discovery use case

Hi,

This is a bug from last year about the use of GlueService with myproxy:

which raises the question of exactly what the access control information
is telling you. The use case here is to be able to discover myproxy
servers according to who/what is allowed to retrieve/renew proxies from
them. The underlying question is to what extent the  access control
information can be service-dependent.
