[gin-ops] RE: [gin-jobs] Testing the water

edit-function, then I'll update/change/add some things and perhaps 
include my report on the initial experiences with the VOMS Server in the 
'gin' environment (especially focused on working with certificates and 
CAs that are not affiliated and/or following the IGTF (minimum) 
policy/rules/ideas.
