[gin-ops] Gin-ops documents

Dear all,

I have moved the gin-ops top page to gridforge site
http://forge.gridforum.org/sf/wiki/do/viewPage/projects.gin/wiki/GinOps

Please use this to document your work in gin-ops.
Documentation not only help sharing info among
grid builders and users, it also makes easier
for others to reference and show your work.

You need to create an account for yourself at
http://forge.gridforum.org/sf/sfmain/do/login
Then login in and go to 
http://forge.gridforum.org/sf/projects/gin
click the button "Join this Project" in the 
left pane. After that you can add links and 
contents to gin-ops page.

Some discussions/works we've done have not been
documented yet. Let's do what we have done before
- the most knowledgeble person(s) of the subject
quickly write a summary while the issues and work
details are still fresh in our minds, then link
it to gin-ops page. It does not have to be long. 
See our previous lessons learned summaries at 
gin-ops top page as examples. Here are a few I
can think of right now: 
- SCMSWeb work for GIN testbed infrastructure 
  testing and for grids map.
- Running TDDFT on OSG cluster and on NorduGrid 
  cluster.
- NorduGrid work on creating "Ninf-G Invoke Server 
  for ARC library".

Please don't limit to these. Any issues, works, 
procedure guides etc. which may benefit others, 
please feel free to write and link. Suggestions
are welcome.
