[gin-ops] Info on the Wiki

Hi all,

I've editted some things on the resources page.
I found the ginPeople page at http://wiki.nesc.ac.uk/read/gin-jobs?GinPeople

Shall I remove the data there and just point to the resources page that 
has the links to the VOMS server? This list seems not in sync with the 
registrations.
