[gin-jobs] Testing the water

Erwin,

I have several certs in my browser, I am following the link on this page to
access the VOMS server http://wiki.nesc.ac.uk/read/gin-jobs which is
resolved to https://kuiken.nikhef.nl:8443/voms/GIN-GGF-ORG/webui/config.

I will give it a try again.
