[gin-jobs] Testing the water

All,

The GIN page http://wiki.nesc.ac.uk/read/gin-jobs is beginning to be
populated with resources and notes. Feel free to add to them!

1. If you are a user wanting to show that you are part of this
activity... sub***scribe to the GIN VOMS.
2. If you have a GT client installation locally try and connect to one
of the advertised services. Report your (positive or negative) experiences.
3. If you are a resource provider... try and integrate the VOMS
maintained list of DN's into your installation. You do _not_ need to be
running a VOMS client as the list of DNs are updated onto a web page you
can extract them from.
4. If you have resources that are not on the list... then add them NOW!
