Hi,

At Tokyo we've defined a set of topics we need to address until our next
meeting in Washington. Some of them are relatively concrete and we
should start putting them in action.

- Continue testing the participants once a month or so, and put out a
report until the next GGF

this is referring to the intra-island tests. Are these being continued?

- include gridFTP with different client tools used

this we need to get started. I think each of the participating Grids
should start using these test with their client tools and document that
on the wiki.

Bill, it might be useful if you do a first quick test with some of the
endpoints found on the wiki and report to the list. This will help
getting others started.

- Get more participants (different implementations) on board

this is mainly targeting SRM implementations - are we making progress here?

- Bridge the two islands
SRB is working on an SRM interface

Reagan, what is your estimate as of when we can start testing that?

- Integrate data mgmt with other activities, in particular job submission

here we need to see the progress made in job submission. First a simple
hello world job should go through before we start using data movement
from within jobs.

Steve, could you please give us an update of what has already been
tested in the jobs area?

Cheers,

-- Erwin
