[gin-data] Update Ftp transfers

Ian:

The data was untuned what you would get with the default parameters.  
The tests did not use tgcp but rather the plain gridftp calls. They  
could also reflect a point in time when the network was rather busy.
The goal here was not to establish the best performance between  
sites, but to see if the transfer works at all.
