Actually these tests show one more thing. Although we could set up
such a test as part of a service run in GIN it is not sufficient.
E.g. it is important that the "User" has such CoG tools for
verification available form his client or through an OGCE portlet.
A good example that I run into is the time just before SC when
people tend to test their environments. In the past we have done some
tests for users, but with the availability of such a tool, we could
allow the user to test the situation themselves.
So what is needed are two kind of tests
a) those run on the server
b) those that can be run by a user to verify his environment and Grid
access that he expects to have.
