[gin-auth] Moving the GIN Wiki pages

Greetings all,

The Wiki pages hosted by OGF are now up and running at http:// 
forge.ggf.org/sf/wiki/do/viewPage/projects.gin/wiki/HomePage.
Anyone with a GridForge account can edit the Wiki pages (you can sign  
up for these at http://forge.ggf.org/sf/sfmain/do/createUser)

I have copied over the GIN-auth content from the wiki.nesc.ac.uk wiki  
so we should be good to go.
Please feel free to revise/expand/correct.
