[gin-auth] Draft AUP for the GIN VO

Stephen,

I think this looks a very good draft. I am pleased to see that the EGEE
words were useful.(By the way, I am sorry that I was not able to attend
the GIN-CG meeting yesterday as I had a clash here at OGF)

Your two additional paragraphs seem reasonable and useful.

1. I assume the "When in Rome" clause (3 words) will disappear? :=)

2. The statement "Members of the VO are responsible for ensuring that
their use of the GRID is consistent with all other applicable policies."
is a difficult one. We argued long and hard about such a sentence in
EGEE and decided to leave it out. The problem is that you this
immediately leads to the question - where does a user find these other
policies?

How about something like "Members of the VO in their use of the GRID
must respect all other applicable policies and if they become aware or
are informed that their use is in contravention of any such policy they
must immediately cease the activity"?

Its not perfect, but I think you can see the thrust.
