[gin-auth] GIN AUP confirmed

Hi Stephen,

There is still an open feature request for the VOMS Admin tool to have a 
VO wide broadcasting system (via email), but nevertheless I'll send that 
message on Monday (I'm on a early weekend today, sorry).
