[gin-auth] Email address confirmation for VO gin.ggf.org (fwd)

Hi Raj,

I've kicked out the halfway registration from the server. You'll need to 
reregister follow this link (same as the last time):
https://kuiken.nikhef.nl:8443/voms/gin.ggf.org/webui/request/user/create

I'll keep an eye out for your registration on the logs. Please let me 
know if you might experience any difficulties.
