[GFS-WG] RNS metadata search interface

Dear GFS WG members,

I would like to send you a draft document on the RNS metadata
search interface that was discussed at OGF30.
The interface intends to retrieve entries whose metadata
matches with a query expressed in XQuery.
This will significantly reduce the amount of the retrieved
entries compared with the RNS lookup operation.

Any comments are welcome.
