[GFS-WG] Document for discussion tomorrow

We will discuss the standard API for GFS in tomorrow's session.  GFD- 
R.90 (SAGA-WG document) is attached for your reference. The sections  
of our interest start from 3.12. The focus is to have a API that will  
be simple enough and useful to represent the data grid concepts of  
logical namespace of both data and storage resources.
