[gf-chairs] OGF19 Session Request deadline - 17 November!

Group Chairs - The deadline for requesting a session at OGF19 is 17  
November, please submit your requests ASAP!

OGF19 will be held in Chapel Hill, NC USA on 29 January - 2 February,  
2007.

This event will be focused on group sessions, and will be a week long  
with a plenary "alignment" day on Wednesday.  To facilitate  
productive group sessions, groups are encouraged to request multiple  
sessions that will be scheduled back-to-back if at all possible.

To request a group session for your WG/RG/CG or a BoF session, please

If you would like submit a proposal to be reviewed by the OGF19  
Program Committee, please respond to the Call for Participation here  
(Note that the deadline is also 17 November):

The scheduling deadlines are:

Draft Documents:
	- Deadline for submitting working drafts is 29 December, 2006.
Session Requests:
	- Deadline for session requests for a CG, WG or RG is 17 November, 2006
	- Deadline for AD Hoc/Charter Discussion BOFs is 17 November, 2006.

We anticipate that the schedule will be finalized by the last week in  
November.
