[gesa-wg] GESA Use Cases now in Public Comment period!

All,

The GESA Use Case document is now in the public comment period.  It'd  
be great if at least a few people could give the document a good  
read, and make suggestions.

The comment period is 30 days, as this is an informational document,  
and finishes on Oct 30th.

The reason for this being less than 30 days is that I received no  
notification that the comment period had commenced.
