[gesa-wg] Use Cases - Public comment period completed

All,

The public comment period for the GESA Use Cases has expired (the  
Editor tracker does not reflect this yet, however, this is probably  
awaiting human intervention).

There was only one comment, suggesting ways in which the document  
might be tidied up before publication.  I think that this is a good  
comment, and will work on doing this before passing the document over  
for the final GFSG review.

Hopefully this document will soon be published.
