[gce-rg] Some draft surveys

Hi folks--

Hopefully you will be able to join at least one of the GCE sessions 
Thursday.  The main thing we have to do is draft surveys for portals and 
grid desktops/shells.  I have attached a two first drafts.  See my 
earlier email on the agenda (posted by Mary Thomas) for more information.
