[gce-rg] GCE GGF14 Agenda

I agree and tried to get the GCE meeting moved to Monday. The problem
is that we are short handed: several of the GCE organizers will be at
the SciDAC meeting in San Francisco and I have to leave on Wednesday
morning for another meeting. If you have any suggestions, please let me
know.
