[et-cg] IPR for Grid Education draft document

Dear Educators and Trainers,

Please find attached a draft of the IPR for Grid Education document which
will be presented at the Managing IPR for Educational Repositories session
at OGF22 on Wednesday 27th at 14:00.

you are attending OGF22 you will also get a chance to make
your comments then.
