[egr-rg] Please submit your usecase

Dear All in EGR-RG,

EGR-RG is gathering usecases of the grid to extract the requirements for
enterprise grid. The usecases are not restricted to enterprise use.
Please fill out the attached template according to your grid PJ.
It will certainly help us to investigate the enterprise grid.

EGR-RG wants to analyse the usecases before GGF14 (June 27-30 @ Chicago),
so please fill out the template and submit it to EGR-RG ML by June 10.
