[dvdvol] select range and statistics

Hi all.  I played around with the select range function some more,
and I discovered that the reason it didn't work was a simple logic error.

Anyway, it works now.  Let me know if you have any problems with it.

As a reminder, how it works is as follows:
If you check two check boxes, and then click "select range" it will
check all boxes in between those two.  It will only do so for the
first two boxes it sees.  If you have some boxes checked after the
first two, it will ignore those and they will remain as they are.  If
you check two consecutive boxes, it will do nothing.


Finally, I am considering creating a stats page.  Are there any
particular stats you would be interested in seeing?
