[dvdvol] adding the new iso to an ftp site

Hi Greg.  The new ISO is currently only available via bittorrent and http.
However, as you undoubtedly know, http can be quite unreliable for files of
that size.  So, I'm wondering if you would be able to add the ISO to some
ftp sites as well.  Are you planning on adding the new ISO to the gutenberg
collection like we did with the 10K dvd?
