[dvdvol] a survey

I'm curious if you all think it would be appropriate to send a survey to
some or all of the people who have previously received discs from us?  The
purpose would be to aid us in developing new DVDs and CDs.  The reason I
ask is because we haven't asked permission to do so, but on the other hand,
we did give them something for free, and it would of course be optional.

Any thoughts?
