[dvdvol] cd labeling

Aaron,

I have been using Avery 8694 clear and 8692 white matte CD/DVD labels. I have noticed some
air bubbles under the clear labels but no problems with the white labels.

There are usually 20 sheets in a pack with 2 labels per sheet and the cost per pack varies from
around $17 USD for white to $24 USD for clear. This adds approximately $.50 USD to the cost of
producing each disc and since we normally ship 2 discs to each recipient, a dollar is spent on a
label that might go to mailing expenses. However, having generally been acknowledged by my teachers and colleagues over the years as having the worst handwriting on the planet, labelling is
much better for my purposes.

An alternative might be to label the case that we ship the cd or dvd in and let the recipient label the disc, should they choose to do so.
