Well, if anyone tries to get to the form from the old address, they will 
find it doesn't work.  Of course they can still get there from the 
Gutenberg.org/cdproject page, but we'll see if that helps.  A more 
permanent solution would be to verify the referer, and I'll look into 
implementing something like that later.
