[DRMAA-WG] DRMAA2 Code Camp Slides from OGF42

Hi all,

I promised to provide the slides from the DRMAA2 code camp we had 
in London.

They help you to get a DRMAA2 C programming environment setup in 
a few minutes. This is particularly useful when working on language bindings
or when you just want to try it out (probably when you want to adapt
applications to DRMAA2).
