[DRMAA-WG] OpenStack API Working Group repository now available

Pursuant to this development, the repository for the OpenStack API Working Group is now available:

https://github.com/openstack/api-wg

Please consider how OGF can best interact with these developments. Note that several other SDOs have now targeted getting their standards implemented in OpenStack (and some in CloudStack) as top targets of opportunity.

Discussion is encouraged. Participation and explaining to us what you have done is even better.
