[DRMAA-WG] DRMAA Version 2 - Submission for GWD-R-P track

Dear all,

in accordance to GFD.152, I herby would like to submit our DRMAA Version 
2 specification to the GWD-R-P track, in order to start the official 
review and comment process. The 'last call' on the mailing list did not 
bring up any further issues.
