[DRMAA-WG] Hi -- SGE DRMAA to condor and vice versa

The DRMAA implementations from OGE and Condor are tied specifically to 
those systems.  I'm not aware of a cross-DRM DRMAA library today.  That 
said, DRMAA is a standard, so if you write your code to the DRMAA 
standard, you should be able to run it against any DRM's DRMAA library.
