[DRMAA-WG] about DRMAA perl bindings

Unfortunately, you can't. DRMAA 1.0 doesn't support that operation.
That's something the working group is planning to fix with DRMAA 2.0,
but it will be a while before DRMAA 2.0 makes through specification and
into SGE.
