José,

RuntimeException means java.lang.RuntimeException.  The statement should 
say that all exceptions must inherit from either DrmaaException or 
java.lang.RuntimeException.

I will add a tracker to fix that in the spec.  (I've already fixed it in 
my copy.)  That mistake was an oversight after removing the 
DrmaaRuntimeException.
