[DRMAA-WG] Latest IDL and OGF 21

Dear all,

the updated IDL spec is available here:

It has the renamed "jobStatus" method and "JobState" structure, and  
provides more details about reaped and restartable sessions and their  
jobs.

I also registered an OGF 21 slot  (45min) for Dan, but got no answer  
so far.
