[drmaa-wg] GridForge tracker status codes

Dear all,

the new list of status tags for GridForge tracker items is now  
activated. I went through the complete list of existing issues and  
changed the status assignments accordingly.

We have 26 'resolved' DRMAA issues, which need to be adopted in the  
spec document. For some of these issues, Hrabri commented that he  
already did the correction in his version of the spec document file.  
Since this post-GFD.022 text never appared on the list, I also  
assigned status "resolved" (and not "fixed") here. This ensures a  
double-check if all resolutions are reflected in the text.

We have 8 'open' and 3 'pending' DRMAA issues. The open issues do not  
have any kind of comment attached, therefore it is not clear if the  
group already decided something about this particular problem. For  
the pending issues, there are some discussion results in the  
comments, but not statement of a final agreement.

There are also some open Java and C - binding issues. I assume that  
we take care of them after the work on the language-independent spec.
