[drmaa-wg] Tracker item status for IDL-spec

Hi,

Andreas suggested to analyze the open tracker items with respect to the 
latest IDL-spec.
I looked at all tracker items which have either the status "delayed" or 
"open" in the category "DRMAA". For the current version (0.31) of the 
IDL-spec, we have the following situation:

Should we mark the solved items with the "Closed" status ? This seems to 
be appropriate since there was an agreement that the IDL-spec acts as 
base for the next DRMAA document. I would take care of this.
